The candidates who want to participate in the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Yojana) scheme must be under 14-35 years old.
The only requirement for this course is 10th and 12th pass outs or college drop outs. Rather than that candidate need either Adhar / voter I card/ pan card.
PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) is the scheme which has been launched in India with the vision to skill the Indian Youths and prepares them for the various job courses. In this post placement facility candidate will get Rs 1450 if the placement is inside the district then the amount remain same but duration for men will be 1 month and for women will be 2 months. And if the placement is out of the district then the duration for men will be 2 months and for women will be 3 months.

For this purpose government has set a target of providing training to the 1 crore youths till the year 2020. In order to open a PMKVY(Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) center all what a franchise need to do is construct a class room , director room, counseling and placement cell, library and Laboratory, separate washroom for male and females. It is mandatory that every center must has a AEBM(Adahar Enable Biometric Machine), there must be internet connectivity in each and every center along with that a printer scanner machine is also necessary in the center. There must be first aid kid, and fire extinguishes equipments in each and every center.
In order to get the recognition of the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) center there is a small process of accreditation which a franchise needs to pass. This process is called CAAF. CAAF stands for Center Accreditation Application Forum which is basically a kind of self assessment form which a franchise need to fill with the necessary document, photographs and job equipment details etc.
Once the franchise has finished the CAAF filling in time of submission it will show one of the two results either 'Deemed Ready' or 'Deemed not ready'.' Deemed not ready 'means there CAAF is filled wrongly or CAAF is not correct and therefore first it should be correct and needed to be submitted again. 'Deemed Ready' means CAAF is good and then the next step is inspection. There will be a small inspection in order to check whether the center is meeting the accreditation standards or not.

Seat allotment will be totally depends on the stars training center get and this star will be based on the score report submitted by the inspection agency. Star must be on the basis of:
85-100% | 5 star |
70-84% | 4 star |
55-69% | 3 star |
40-54% | 2 star |
Below 40% | 1 star |
There is a score report mention on the Grading Metrics of the center in the where training center will get to know which score they achieve.
Under this portion of Training those candidates who are school and college drop outs are going to get training of skill at the same time they are also credited with the training of Soft Skill, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Digital Literacy. Those candidates who are going to trained under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) scheme has the opportunity to got placement under this scheme. All the payment of the Training Center can be done through the Training Partners only.
Under this portion of PMKVY scheme candidates with the prior learning experience will considered under this area.
This portion is specially designed to training shall be provided into the special government bodies, Corporate or Industrial bodies and training in the special job roles not defined under NSQF(National Skill Qualification Framework).

Since after placement only training center will get the rest of the 30% of payment. And beyond that it is also important for the Training Partner to provide placement support to the candidate.
To make sure that the Training Centers are providing quality training, there is a monitoring team whose work is to monitor the training center, make sure that they are providing quality training or not. For this purpose the monitoring team use certain methods like regular updates, surprise visits and many more..

There are 419 job courses which has been settled into 34 sectors are provided in the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) scheme.
In order to be the part of PMKVY scheme what all the student needs to do is they need to give a miss call on the 1800-102-6000 then they will receive a call back from the team. Then the candidate will asked to fill his details on the screen and the details they are going to filled will be screened to them.
